Today I have another great London restaurant for you called No. 11 Pimlico Road, located in the neighborhood of Belgravia. It was all-around probably my favorite restaurant that we visited – the interior was lovely and the food was so, so good.Β We went here for brunch on our last day before we hopped on the Eurostar to Paris, and I only wish I had had a little more time to explore the neighborhood of Belgravia because (from the little I saw) it was so charming.
Guys…still daydreaming about these blueberry ricotta pancakes. I cannot stress to you how good they were. I judge brunch places by their pancakes and these are probably some of the best I’ve ever had.
Housemade granola with organic farm yoghurt, poached pear, roast plum, blueberries, and blackberries. Also amazing.
My friend got the organic 5-grain porridge (more porridge!), with maple syrup.
If you do visit No. 11 Pimlico Road, make sure to also check out the adorably pink bakery Peggy Porschen’sΒ (you’ve definitely seen it on Instagram), Dominique Ansel’s London location, and Wild at Heart, a charming flower shop – all are very close by!
PS – another London neighborhood I love, and a great breakfast spot near Hyde Park.

Hi Jackie,
I am so glad you had a wonderful time in London. I am planning on going there myself the third week in March 2017. What hotel did you stay in while in London, and where did you stay in Paris?
Do you plan to publish any photo essays of Paris, or am I just missing them?
Hi Gretchen! We stayed at the Millennium Bailey’s Hotel in South Kensington, and it was seriously wonderful! I have a full review coming up soon. I am going to have lots of Paris Photo Essays coming up! I haven’t published any yet (was getting through the London pics first) but I promise they’ll be up soon (way before March). π In Paris we stayed at the Excelsior Latin – it was a little weird but fine overall! xoxo
I took your advice and ate breakfast here on my recent trip to London and I did have their ricotta and blueberry pancakes. They were divine, just as you said. I also ordered a side of bacon that was also equally delicious.
On my next trip to London, I want to try their porridge together with that homemade granola.
I also loved the neighborhood the restaurant is located. Some really cute shops nearby. The decor of the restaurant was really comfy and inviting as well.
I’m so glad to hear that you liked it! I hope to make it back to that neighborhood on my next trip, it did look really cute.
I lived for many years in belgravia
My bed room window looked on #11 my lucky number .
In those days it was an old English pub
It is one of the best neighborhoods in London . I miss belgravia everyday itβs super….also try the cafe inn in Mayfair in Sheppardβs market.
