Candy Cookies

Who doesn’t love candy, and who doesn’t love cookies? So Magnolia Bakery had a great idea-combine the two! I’m a huge fan of Heath bars (toffee is the best thing ever), so I just had to try this recipe for Toffee Pecan Drop cookies from The Complete Magnolia Bakery Cookbook. They came out rather delicious!

A bowlful of pecans, toffee, and other cookie ingredients ready to be mixed
Unbaked cookies lined up on parchment paper ready to go in the oven
A batch of cookies on a plate
A cookie split in half so you can see the soft center
So bad, and yet…so very good.
