Snickerdoodles

Snickerdoodles are one of my favorite cookies, and I think I found the perfect recipe here. I devoured a ton of them, and everyone with whom I shared them RAVED about how yummy they were. They’re moist and cinnamon-y, with a slight crispness around the edges and a chewy center…the perfect cookie in my opinion! Also, they couldn’t be easier, which makes them a double winner. The only unusual ingredient you need is cream of tartar. Everything else is most likely already in your fridge…so get baking!

I am going to try these this month – they look too amazing to pass up.
Love the changes you made to your navigation & side bars. Is it weird that I notice little tweaks like this? I think it's because I'm constantly changing up my blog (hence the whole name change recently). Anyways, it all looks great!
Ps. Is the change back to blogger comment system purposeful? I've been thinking about deleting disqus because it is always malfunctioning! ugh!

    • Haha no it's not weird! Glad you like the changes. I had a designer make them, Danielle Moss…she did a great job. But no, the comment system change was not on purpose. I'd like to get Disqus back but having major tech difficulties. What I like about it is the fact that it e-mails people when you respond to their comment, which this system doesn't do. Agree though, Disqus isn't always perfect…like the time it erased all of my comments from the beginning of time. That wasn't fun!

I cannot imagine the horror. Let's not speak of it, lest it happen again. Did I really just use "lest"? :

I'm not sure I've ever had a snicker doodle cookie! I'm not a HUGE cinnamon fan, so I've stayed away but these sound too perfect to pass up!

    • Hmm, not sure if you would like them if you don't like cinnamon…maybe you could just roll them in sugar..I'm sure that would be good too!

  5. These look delish! Too bad I'm still working on my New Year diet resolutions. I'll have to make these when I fall off the wagon 😉

  9. I love snickerdoodles! I just made some a couple months ago, and I think I might make them again after seeing how lovely yours turned out!

On another note, I am loving the new design of your blog! The blogger comment system is a bit annoying for WordPress users though 😛
