I love and adore all of the glittery, sparkly items at J. Crew and Kate Spade as much as the next girl, but unfortunately all of those items are NOT kind to my bank account (as evidenced by my stuffed closet and un-stuffed wallet). So I found some budget-friendly glitter that won’t break the bank at a most unlikely source-Old Navy! They have lots of sparkly stuff right now, but in my opinion the items below are the best of the best.
