Photos Essays: Fall Colors at Westbury Gardens

I’ve written about Westbury Gardens a few times on this blog because it’s such a special place to me – I’ve been going there with my mom since I was a little kid, and now as an adult I of course have a new appreciation for the beautiful gardens and majestic manor house.  My Mom is an avid gardener and also a lover of history, interior design, and beauty in general, so she’s always taken us to wonderful places like Westbury, Longwood Gardens, and interior design showhouses. I’m so grateful to her for that, and I definitely think I developed my love of these types of places because of her!

This past weekend Will, Toby, Sarah and I drove out for a visit to Westbury see the fall foliage. As many times as I’ve been there, this was actually my first time visiting in autumn (as well as my first time going without my mom). My friends had never been before so it was fun to play “tour guide” and watch them take in the beauty of Westbury for the first time!

Sigh…I love autumn.

Wow Jackie. Thank you for the beautiful words. I’ve loved every moment sharing all my favorite places with you. So happy to see you bringing new people to our favorite place. Now that I’ve seen these amazing photos I have to get there in autumn myself and find out the names of these trees with the blazing colors. 🧡❤️💛🧡💛❤️
