I saw this on Pinterest recently and thought it was an interesting idea, and something I haven’t seen before. It looks like they pretty much just blew up a page from a book and framed it for the wall – pretty cool, right? You can do the first page from your favorite book, or the page that contains your favorite passage, and it would make for such a conversation piece. Have you ever seen this before? Which book or passage would you choose?
PS – sorry I had to skip Blogging Behind the Scenes today! I like to really put thought and time into writing those posts, and time (and brain bandwidth) is just something I did not have at all this week. Remember that project I alluded to the other day? Well it was a photography job, an absolutely amazing opportunity that was equal parts insane and wonderful. I hope to be able to share some of the photos with you guys soon, but picture twelve hour days along with thousands (literally) of photos to sort through and edit…plus days spent hauling around an amazing but heavy camera lens…and you can get a bit of a sense of where I’m at right now. Crazy happy and excited and proud, and crazy exhausted. So thanks for understanding the shorter posts this week and Blogging BTS will be back next Wednesday! xoxo
As a librarian, I love this idea as well.
I saw this same picture on Pinterest and decided to give it a try! I took one of my favorite quotes from A Little Life, typed it out and arranged it Photoshop, had it printed it at Staples, and then framed it. It was a pretty easy project and I really like the end result!
That is awesome! A Little Life is one of my absolute favorite books, which quote did you use?
