I'm having a serious moment — I LOVE YOUR APARTMENT. It is amazing what you can do with space in NYC. I think I have too much space (didn't expect that), and I need to make it feel a little more cozy.

  13. Miss Bibliophile says: January 16, 2012

I love these shelves. They look like the perfect mix of practical storage and pretty display space. The rest of your apartment looks lovely too!

What a cute studio you have! I love that bookcases are blank canvases to show your interest and personality. They ground the space and are so functional. I love that you are using these as a room divider… looks great!

  15. cassandra says: January 16, 2012

I use the expedit shelf as a room divider, too in my tiny house. I really like how yours works, though, since it fits in so well with the living room and bedroom portion (mine is separating the living room and kitchen).

I am really impressed by what you've done with your small space! looks great.

Wow, you've accomplished this amazingly well. I love bookcases as room dividers. Oh, and love your wall of frames. I'm itching to do this with the right ones in my apartment.

I LOVE your studio! I have a few in my tiny NYC studio, too, but not enough space for one like yours! I also have too much exposed brick for a gallery wall of photos, so I'm quite jealous of your wall behind your couch. It looks awesome. Thanks for sharing!

  19. Paolita@BerryHaute says: January 16, 2012

I like the way it multitasks as a room divider and bookshelf, the open spaces let light through while being functional and adding a little privacy. Ver nice!
