The Park Avenue tulips are a welcome harbringer of spring in the Upper East Side each year. They’re planted and maintained by the Fund for Park Avenue and run from 54th Street all the way up to 86th Street. In fall, the Park Avenue tulips are replaced with colorful mums, which give way to Christmas trees around the holidays.
