Right off the foyer in the 2016 Hampton Designer Showhouse is this petite stunner of a powder room, designed by Steven Stolman. It immediately caught my eye due to the obvious – the large scale mural wallpaper, created from a floral watercolor painting by artist Carmelo Blandino. It certainly makes a big, bold statement in this tiny space, transforming a little box into a visual delight.
Really into this hot pink toilet paper situation.
The green ceiling played off the dabs of lime green in the wallpaper, and perfectly highlighted that amazing crown molding.
The ornate antique mirror from Old Town Crossing contrasts beautifully with the modern wallpaper. To see more of artist Carmelo Blandino’s absolutely gorgeous floral artwork, you can check out his website here. His book is definitely on my wishlist!
Have a great weekend and be sure to check back on Monday for my very favorite room from the Hampton Designer Showhouse!
