Ever since I wrote this post, I seem to have developed a mild obsession with cotton totes. I don’t know if suddenly I just became more aware of them, but suddenly I started spotting cute ones EVERYWHERE. I loved the Kate Spade one I saw in the Soho store the other day, and now perusing the Madewell website I discovered Alphabet Bags. And I’m smitten.

You have GOT to check out the Alphabet bags website! They have many, many more cute ones, including adorable bride/bridesmaid ones. And they’re all so well-priced (around 20 bucks), which is a big factor in my continuing obsession with cotton totes. The only reason I’m not busy buying one right this second is that I literally cannot decide which one to get, because I love pretty much about 20 of them. This is a decision I need to mull over for few days. Oh, and the fact that I really don’t need a new tote bag. But that’s neither here nor there. K back to mulling over which to buy….

You know what, this is a great idea for kids too! After the diaper bag, we still have to carry around toys, blankets, snacks etc. when visiting friends, relatives etc.! Also love the map totes have you seen those?
True, these would be great for kids-as I understand it, they come with a lot of equipment :). I did recently see someone on the subway carrying a tote with a map and I loved it-what brand are they? I'm sure I'm going to want one!
