Rubirosa is definitely one of the best sit-down pizza spots in the city. Located in the heart of one of my favorite neighborhoods (Nolita), Rubirosa offers inventive, but simple and delicious pizza in a laidback setting. I’ve gone a few times so I don’t think it’s TOO hard to get a reservation, but definitely plan ahead or try to get there early. You won’t regret it!
