Ladurée Pop-Up at Bloomingdales

Back in February Ladurée opened up a pop-up shop at the Bloomingdales on 59th and Lex, which will be up and running through the spring. The pop-up features a large carriage in the signature Ladurée mint green, filled with their delicious pastel-hued macarons in every color of the rainbow. Flanking the carriage are two armoires where you can shop a selection of their signature boxes, gorgeous candles, teas, cookies, and more. The pop-up is located on the second floor right when you step off the escalator, and will be running through April. Check out more of my pictures after the jump!

The line was pretty long for the pop-up when I stopped in so I couldn’t quite get a clear shot of the carriage, but luckily Ladurée sent me this adorable illustration. One-of-a-kind and exclusive to the US, the carriage was designed by Ladurée and inspired by the carriages that the shop has at the Charles de Gaulle airport. Perfectly Parisian! They’re planning to place more carriages around other classic NYC spots in the upcoming year, so I’ll definitely keep you posted.

  2. Nice! I loved every bit of Laduree in London and Paris. I just wish we would have it here in Toronto. Hopefully they will open one soon.
